Billing notes - "post-it" notes or alerts that pop-up to appear when creating an invoice for a particular customer. This would simplify workflow for admins, knowing that crucial notes related to customers won't be missed.

Nicole W.Or making it more apparent that there is a credit on file to allocate the funds too instead of processing a payment on their credit card. It is so small at the bottom of the invoice if there are unallocated funds available to pull from that it sometimes can be missed. But I like the pop-up idea so that important billing notes that are out of the norm for a customer can be easily noticed as an invoice is brought up.
