VictoriaYes! The only reason i don't use the invoice function, is because we need to invoice after the sessions. But, we need to enter a package once the quotation is signed. Please have quotations as an option.

Teachworks AdminFor companies that are interested in this feature, we'd like to get feedback on the following questions:
1. Where in Teachworks would you require an e-signature (enrollment forms, lessons, etc.)?
2. Would you require clients to simply put their signature on a form, or do you need it inside of a PDF contract/document as you would with a program like Docusign, Adobe Signature? -

AlecThis feature would be extremely helpful to have for employees/teachers (have a docusign with terms of service) and with students on the student/parent profile/portal when they are added to the system that they need to fill out a docusign form with agreements.

VictoriaWhat we'd need is essentially the invoice form, but instead...it's a quotation form. Then we would send to the contact where he would digitally accept the quotation. I've just learned that the quotation doesn't have to be accepted by an actual online signature - however, it needs to be explicitly accepted. By clicking on a button that is sent uniquely to that user for example. Once that's done - ideally the package hours are added to the client.
We should be able to convert a quote to invoice. -

jenniferthis would be very helpful. currently, we send our tutors a docusign and they sign and then we upload to their profile. if it was integrated in and they could simply log on to their account and sign, it would be awesome!

Zachary MasonI’d like to offer for all interested that we have developed a pair of Zapier integrations that automatically send a document via Docusign to the parent upon creation of a new client, and then updates a custom profile field in their account when the document is signed. While this wouldn’t be useful for dynamic documents like quotes, we use them for static documents like waivers of liability. If you would like access to the Zaps, reach out to info@northstar-tutors.com!

NickYes, during the enrollment process right before creating an invoice. We could use an iPad with teachworks opened to their profile with the document ready to be signed and dated. Once signed and dated, it would be saved on their profile and can be downloaded or printed at a later time.

YolandaYes I agree, and e-signature would be very helpful within TeachWorks. Ideally if parents can sign the registration form electronically and if parents had the option to sign off on invoices too.

HishamYes - would be super useful
I'd say this would be useful if after a parent/independent student does a trial and decides to continue then an option is to send a contract to the parent whereby they can view our online agreements and have to sign to agree to our FULL terms of services which contains extra information such as payments, cancellation policy etc.
Once accepted a copy would be saved on files section of parent and they would be automatically allowed to book lessons on the system and have standard lessons. Otherwise they won't be able to book until this agreement is signed.
Would be great if this can be used as a free inbuilt integration rather than being linked to a paid one. -

EmmaBig yes to this! We used to use a platform that had our contract display while a parent was making their account, and they had to sign it before their account was complete. Would LOVE to have this again.
