Allow custom profile fields as email merge tags
For essential workflow emails --- things like new student setup emails, we desperately need to be able to use custom profile fields as merge tags

Melbourne Piano SchoolThis is an essential feature for us too - for sending out our initial welcome email and follow up emails. We also need the ability to include teacher names as merge tags in emails.
