Better "student record" file - more like CRM
Better formatting for student record page. This page has lots of useful information, but it's hard to read. I'd like the option to remove "unused fields". Not everybody needs "Birthday" or "grade". I'd also make the "headers" (contact details, student details, Notes etc..) as a drop down list, so you can choose which part of the student record you'd like to see. Basically, the student record files should become more like a CRM :-)

Jaun-Paul GulliverStudent and family pages are the most visited pages in our organisation. Being able to sort the data and have it arranged in a useful way would make the pages easier to use.
Currently we need to quickly scroll and scan looking for certain data when on the phone. We find we are constantly scrolling through the page to find a few key fields.
I think most of us would want to see similar data on these pages. Or you could offer a few template option as well. -

SarahIt would be great to remove "unused fields". Grade and school do not apply to our clients. It has been the one thing holding me back from using teachworks 100%.

YolandaAgreed.. we should be able to tailor the forms to meet our personal organization's needs. We can't use TW 100% bc of the lack of CRM functionality. We are really wanting to use 1 system altogether!

YolandaIt would be great to have the flexibility on our system to add custom fields, eliminate standard fields we do not use and run reports on any field in the system. If you improve the CRM functionality of TW you can position yourselves as the leader in the tutoring software space. Would love to see this happen!!!

TomPlease consider limiting the data type limitations into data fields
For example: no user should be able to enter string like" (customer's mother's phone, do not call) into the phone number field because this creates a nightmare with other platforms when I exporting and import CSVs
The phone number should also make clear about formatting re. area codes, brackets, are hyphens necessary, etc. Due to different users and variations of data entry habits, this is an IT nightmare.
Same with imposing limitation into email address fields: must include "@"
Lots of basic data entry features to be implemented here
