Don't pre-select "Pay w/ CC" or "Pay manually"
We've had at least two instances (that I am aware of) where we
inadvertently marked an invoice as paid, without actually charging the
customer.
In these cases, the customers prefer "auto-renew" (when payment is due, we
charge their credit card).
Here's what happened in these situations: The customer's card, that we
ordinarily charge, was deleted. So, when we hit "charge," rather than
charging the customer, we were actually hitting "record payment manually"
(thinking it was the "charge" button, because these customers are typically
auto).
By forcing us to actually choose "charge card" we'd see that the option
didn't exist and realize that something was wrong.
Ordinarily, I'm in favor of speeding up all processes, but in this case, we
could prevent errors, by adding one second to the process.
