Make it easier to Complete Lessons for Large Classes/Groups of Students
Completing Lessons- This is something that works really well if the lesson is just for one student, but could be improved upon for a class. We have some classes of more than 20 students. I'll use our one class of 26 as an example. The tutor writes a paragraph to describe the lesson and then copies and pastes it into all 26 student External Notes boxes. The tutor must also remember to individually pain-stakenly switch each student from schedule to attended. Then they also have to check each individual "email shared notes" box. There should be a way to select all students and change their status to attended in one click. Then if a student was absent, you would just have to change that one student status individually. You should also be able to email the shared notes to everyone without having to check the box every single time. Please help us make this process more efficient! It is so tedious right now!

VictoriaThis option allows you to either get rid of the internal and shared notes completely, or to have them listed for each student. Can we have the option to have just one internal and one shared notes box for the whole lesson? Then send the same shared notes to all of the students without having to copy and paste them a million times? In our case, 99% of the times we have the same notes to send to all of the students.

MelissaAgree with Victoria. The add-on doesn't quite do what is originally requested. It was requested to have one common shared internal or external note for the whole class - the addon does not achieve this. Can you amend the add-on?

ElanWe would like to see the Shared Notes able to be sent out in large batches (i.e. from the Session History page(s)). We can review the notes en masse by generating a Lesson Report for the date/students in question, but having to individually enter each Session and then "Send Shared Notes" is becoming infeasible for our growing student population (especially because the "Submit and Next" function is buggy). We use this as a primary method of tracking lesson completion, so it is critical to our business. As the "Set Status" pull down menu is available to modify multiple sessions at once from the Session History page, I would hope it would not be difficult to add the capability to select multiple sessions at once and execute the "Send Shared Notes" command. Thank you for the consideration.

ElbertinaThis add-on helps a lot. I was using Tampermonkey to do some of this, actually.
Also helpful: For group classes, a display of the number of students who attended would help. For example: 26
Some UI changes would help, too--alternating students could be gray, white, gray, white.
Would be great to enter one shared note sent to everyone. In my case, I also add a personal note about the particular student, but that might not be workable with 50 students!
