Build progress reporting functionality.
We issue monthly progress reports for all active students. The reports are written by the tutors. In the report the tutor provides info on what was covered in the last month, what will be covered in the following month, and then general comments about the student's progress, etc. We don't give access to the system to parents, so we wouldn't want this functionality to provide a report that parents need to sign in to retrieve. The idea would be that it is emailed, very similar to the lesson notes, but would provide a screen where tutors can see a list of their active students, draft the reports, and admin could "approve" them and send them out.

MaryYes! Currently we use the lesson notes (we don't send those on the regular), but do not give the tutors permission to send. Admin looks at the notes and then sends. We'd love a separate progress report option.
