Internal Messaging System
An internal messaging system for clients and tutors to interact with each other? I know you can send out communication via email, but perhaps something like this would prevent people from bypassing the system as they remain within the system.

A CheathamPlease add this internal communication! It not only provides consistency for the client families with all information in one place, it also would provide oversight for the company to review communications between families and clients. This is needed as part of the efficacy and professionalism review.

DmitriI am 1000% in support of this. We are facing issues of bypassing so this would help us monitor who is wanting to leave TeachWorks.

AnaThis is definitely a needed feature, especially with a lot of things moving virtually having a communication system that is built into the platform and can be tracked would ease the system for families and staff.

JoeAgree with the above. This would be an excellent feature, to have a student portal where student and tutor could communicate and share info without having to send emails would be far better than contacting using persoanl email accounts, which is not vey professional at all.

MichelleYes! this would be super helpful, where students and tutors can message and send attachments as well without leaving the platform.

SarahIt would make the platform truly a "one-stop-shop" for instructors and parents. It would also elevate the professionalism of the companies using the platform.

Lara CourtepatteI agree with all the sentiments above! Please add internal messaging. It doubles the effort for instructors and customers to communicate via email/text message but require the portal for scheduling matters. There's too much risk allowing customers to carry on communication externally - allowing them to swipe customers from the company without our knowledge but also not allowing for consistency in communication. - quality control. It should be a one stop shop to allow for flow of information.

HishamThis is SO important for our Academy - it's currently the biggest issue as all forms of communication has to go through the admin to prevent tutors/parents from communicating externally. Having an option where assigned students are able to message their tutors will be very valuable and will actually reduce a BIG chunk of the admin and scheduling / rescheduling / lesson communication.
Would be great if this can include a feature where chat can be monitored by admin and contact details such as phone numbers / e-mails are automatically erased if provided in the chat and flagged for admin to review. Also if chat can include ability to send pictures/attachments e.g. homework would be great too so abit like mini Whatsapp but on Teachworks.
This would honestly be SO useful for so many companies out there. -

DanaThis is even more important now as so much tutoring has gone online. An internal messaging system cuts down on tutors and clients bypassing us, the agency.

BridgetteYes! We need this too. It's so important to be able to monitor teacher/student communication but there should be an option to receive email notification when you've received a message so that no one misses an important message.
