"Reschedule" button

Add a "Reschedule" button next to cancel button so clients do not have to completely cancel and request a whole new lesson.
We could still accept or decline these requests like how the new lesson requests work.
This would be good for weekly lessons that need minor changes.

MegThis would be incredibly helpful for my business. I don't like how the invoices are flagged when a lesson get's cancelled, while the paid invoice (for a monthly subscription) is already paid and does not qualify for "credits." Instead of issuing credits, I offer rescheduling. It would be nice if the rescheduled lesson was somehow tied to the originally scheduled lesson.
