Designate additional contact as billing contact
Designate additional contact as billing contact? (for receiving invoices).
We often run into situations where there is an assistant or accounting person who handles billing, but they are not the primary contact. I'm guessing that virtually every company runs into this situation periodically. Perhaps a simple checkbox to designate a secondary contact as the billing person? Thanks!

We have several families where one parent is the billing contact and the other parent is the logistics contact and neither wants to have the other access, or a parent's assistant handles certain details. I feel like it's important to have the option that an account is only billing without access to lesson scheduling or the other way around. -

Jaun-Paul GulliverWe work with many third party payers with whom we need to capture contact data for.
We also send out invoices to third parties to pay.
Having an option to select the contact to invoice would make it much easier when invoicing our families. -

RachelA large number of our students' tutoring is paid for by organizations. It would be great to add students to an invoice by a student group or by school or let the "Student Contacts" be the recipient of invoices for students across families.

MichaelThis is a major problem from my organization as we invoice a number of primarily government third parties for students who require their address on invoices.
We currently have to manually edit invoice PDFs. -

BridgetteI contract with school districts for which families need an account but the district pays the bill. Having a designated billing contact would make this a much cleaner process and so much easier to document!

Sara MooreThis would also be helpful for situations where a grandparent or another family member pays for sessions instead of the parent.
